It is warm but still not warm enough to get into
water. But Hiton Head is much more than a beach place, I have been there about 6-7 times, almost one
week every year since 2000. Gotta bring your bike, or
rent several for your family there, there are
30-40 miles of bike track there in those plantations,
and their beach is firm enough for bike too. One long
weekend would make you long for the next longer stay,
that's how I got to addict to that place, and sooner or later, I will buy something there, sometime when the current housing downturn extends even more. : )))
