Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup butter or shortening
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup milk

Directions:

• Preheat over to 425F
• In a large bowl, mix all dry gradients, flour, salt, baking power, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
• Add the milk, mix together, do not knead
• Flat dough out to 1 inch thick, cut out discs, using a cookie cutter or a glass.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 12 mins or until golden brown.
