XC90 would qualify for the tax deduction, but only the V8 version, check the spec of it, and if the total weight (not the curb weight) is over 6000lb,
it's ok. last time I checked, the Ocean Race Special Edition weighs 6080lb. : )))))))
Tax rule has changed that you can not deduct everything in the first year, but I think I saw that somewhere you could at least deduct 25K plus 20% of the difference between phurchasing price and 25K. But please do not take my word for it, google it, or like everybody else says in the ads: "check with your accountant for details. :: )
