Unfortunately we have to inform you that Holiday Cars International B.V. has been declared bankrupt on the 27th of December 2012. We have tried to work on a settlement through a moratorium, but this attempt has not been succesful given the urgency in time. Although we are working on re-launch of the company, this future is uncertain at the moment.
You have booked your rental car through the website of Holiday Cars or via a link of one of our online partners. You have paid directly to Holiday Cars and as a proof of payment, Holiday Cars send you an email with a prepaid car rental voucher. Your voucher will probably not be accepted by the carrental company. The provider will decide if he is willing to provide you a car, and most likely you have to pay the car at collection of the vehicle. We advice you to enquire directly with the supplier of your car, and use the telephone number of the carrental location to communicate directly.
